The inspiration and creator of "8:26 Histories" is Charilaos Gounaras. Involvement in olive oil production has always been an opportunity for him to enjoy nature in its most pristine yet accessible form. However, the foundation for a long family relationship with olive oil was laid over 60 years earlier, on these very lands, thanks to Charilaos' grandfather.

"8:26 Histories" was developed to take extra virgin olive oil a step further, creating a product that is superior. Modern means and innovative methods are employed to ensure that the nutrients, flavors, and aromas are fully representative, enhancing both the experience and the benefits.
