From the olive grove to the table: Our new harvest begins
The new olive harvest on our fields on Evia officially begins on November 2, 2026. We are very much looking forward to it! After months of growth and waiting, one of the most important times of the year and a new chapter for our olive oil begins for our family.
This year, we want to take you along. I will report on the harvest week by week: with photos, videos, and personal impressions directly from our fields. Here in the blog and on our Instagram profile, you will get insights into our work and can follow how the new vintage is created.
Where our story begins
The origin of our olive oils lies in Psachna on the Greek island of Evia, also known as Evia. Here, in our family's maternal home region, our family has been producing its own olive oil for generations. This is where it is produced and bottled.
Origin is more than just a place name on the label to us. It means connection to our trees, our family, and the work that goes into every bottle.
Every harvest tells its own story
No year is exactly like the other. The weather and the development of the fruit shape every harvest and thus also the character of the olive oil.
For our olive oil from Manaki and Throubolia, this natural diversity is part of it. The two varieties are not mixed according to a fixed ratio. Their interplay results from the harvested quantities: Manaki brings a mild, gentle character, while Throubolia provides a stronger counterpart.
How they come together this year, we are also excited about. We want to share this anticipation with you.
Our harvest break: Order now before it's too late
For the harvest, we are taking a break in the online shop: From October 30 to November 30, 2026, inclusive, our shop will be closed. From December, we will resume regular operations and process all orders again.
If you want to restock your supply or already pick out gifts for your loved ones, please order before the start of our break.
